"The service is great at certain times but lacking in others like most Tim Horton's. The 730 am shift is very fast and mostly understand an anglephone when ordering in broken French :)"

"Pretty good Tim Horton's as far as service and product offering goes. The people there where even bilingual which is a plus. Tiny eating area though, kind of expected since it's stuck together with a gas station and convenience store. Good drive-through service. A"

"Wonderful service from Amanda working Sun Jan 19th 5.20pm. When another Time hortons gave me a coffee full of coffee grains and they messed my order. Amanda was so understanding, changed order and really cooled me from 9 to 1 just how she handled the situation. 1000% perfect customer service."

"Bonjour, Quelques mots pour souligner la constance et la qualité du service obtenu à ce point de vente géré par le franchisé Stéphane Bourque et son équipe; je parle ici de la succursale Tim Hortons située au 1785 rue King Ouest, ici à Sherbrooke. D'emblée j'y mange à tous les jours, sept jours sur sept, j'y suis au maximum 15 minutes, sauf rare exception. Le service au comptoir est attentionné, rapide, exact et courtois! Pour ne nommer que Diane, Benjamin, Jayson ainsi que trois autres membres de l'équipe dont malheureusement j'ai oublié leurs prénoms; leur service à la clientèle est exemplaire. Bravo! Désolé pour ma franchise habituelle, deux seuls irritants, rien n'étant parfait en ce monde! D'un, la surface des comptoirs où l'on consomme nos aliments qui souvent la fin de semaine n'est pas nettoyée, pourtant un linge humide et un coup d'oeil en général et le tour est joué! De deux, la poubelle située près d'un des deux comptoirs gérée par Tim Hortons et non le dépanneur qui aurait avantage à être vidée plus souvent ou compactée avec l'outil! Le tout avec tact et propreté! En somme, ce point de vente se démarque des autres également détenu par Stéphane Bourque/Tim Hortons Estrie! Félicitations et merci! Sur ce, mes salutations cordiales.
